Jojo Restaurant was founded to bring the people and visitors to Haiti a multi-sensory experience of quality food in a beautiful burger bar environment. Our menu is focused on unique burger recipes, steaks, and traditional Haitian Creole that pair perfectly with craft cocktails. All these in a boutique setting with free wifi, curated music and modern interior design.
Jojo Restaurant was founded in 2016 by Stephanie Guernsey, a Haiti native. Prior to opening Jojo Restaurant, she had founded Black Label, a botique bakery serving up NY style cheesecake and more for the Port au Prince market. The founder brings her experience and enthusiasm for creating quality food and beverages to this bistro bar concept restaurant. Inspired by her own recipes she has been using to cook for friends and family for years, Jojo Restaurant combines elements of a classic American burger joint and local Haitian produce, flavors and recipes.
